the breakfast buffet impressed me with fresh ingredients. i found the tram stop conveniently located, a short walk from the hotel. i appreciated the stylish bar with unique lounge areas it was lovely. the courtyard offered a peaceful retreat.
the staff at reception seemed a little formal.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and a great staff served it. I requested a takeaway for an early flight and the staff packed sandwiches with cheeses lunch meats and fruits for me.
The pillows had bumps. I had to sleep without them

The location offers easy access to transportation near the neighborhood. The room had large size and the bed provided great comfort. Breakfast included a wide variety of choices. The hotel gym is excellent and is associated with the hotel.
I find the pillow selection wasnt the best for fussy sleepers. the bar and the bar manager showed an excellent service.

the breakfast included many options. it included tea bags as well.
the pillows proved quite unsatisfactory. they seemed bumpy and lumpy. i did have to sleep without one.

Underwhelming stay. Needs some improvements
worn carpetlumpy pillows
My room felt a bit neglected. the carpet definitely needed a deep clean. It looked pretty worn. the pillows were lumpy and not comfortable at all. I ended up not using them. it was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price.
